About the Role; What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Building genuine relationships with farmers (yes, real humans, not spreadsheets)
• Helping buy and sell seeds, grain and nutrition
• Keeping an eye on markets and helping turn insights into smart decisions
• Supporting the trading team and learning the ropes as you go

Qualifications; What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in agriculture and the farming world
• Strong communication skills (you can talk and listen)
• Confidence with a healthy dose of empathy
• A willingness to learn, grow, and ask questions in a supportive environment
• No need to know everything on day one — curiosity and a good attitude go a long way here.
